Mobility in mind.
Our main area of work is polymer tire filling for unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs). Gel filling is an established process; the modular wheel and lighter filling remain in development.
01 / ESTABLISHED PROCESS
Gel filling.
Material in place of air.
Dense polyurethane material fills the space inside the tire in place of air. The aim is to help vehicles keep moving after tire damage. The team carried out this work before the workshop was destroyed.

The modular wheel is not yet in series production. Testing will determine the equipment needed to manufacture it.

Exploring
lighter filling.
Before the workshop was destroyed, the team worked with foamed materials to reduce the weight of a filled tire.
Once the process is restored, it will need practical testing.
